Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you order from us ❤️

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at fauzanaslam01@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to Clifton Block 7 after approval. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your parcel upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

For a smooth claim process:

  • Kindly record a clear unboxing video when opening your parcel
  • This helps us quickly verify and resolve any issue

Returns, Exchanges & Credits

We aim to keep things fair and transparent for both sides:

  • In case of a genuine issue, we offer store credit after reviewing the claim
  • Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • Claims without an unboxing video may not be processed

For exchanges:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and secure packaging

Important Notes

  • We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances
  • Approved cases are handled via store credit only
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return within 14 days, provided items are unused and in original condition with proof of purchase.
